Finance Excel Templates
Cash flow, budgets, debtors and VAT — with the arithmetic already checked.
Money templates are the ones where a wrong formula costs something real. A cash flow forecast that quietly misses a row tells you there is money coming when there is not, and you find out at the end of the month rather than the start of it.
Every file here was built from scratch and then recalculated by a separate checker that compares each result against an independently worked-out answer. They open with sample figures already in place, so you can watch the totals move before you trust them with your own.

Questions about finance templates
Do these work for a UK business?
Yes. The VAT return summary follows the UK boxes, and the profit and loss statement uses the headings a UK accountant expects. Nothing is tied to a specific tax year.
Will they work in Google Sheets?
Yes. Every formula used exists in Excel, Google Sheets and LibreOffice Calc, so a file behaves the same wherever you open it.
Can I use these with clients?
Yes. Buying one gives you a commercial licence — use them in your own business or with the people you work for. You cannot resell the file itself.
